Um, this little thing is amazing! If you are a washi tape fan (who isn't?), you might want to get one of these cutters. I picked mine up at the new downtown location of Kinokuniya while buying a roll of tape and thought it might be nice to have another tape cutter.
Usually I put one roll of washi tape in a tape dispenser and it's my main tape for a while. My washi tape is mostly used for packaging, so sticking with one tape for a bit is generally ok. If I happen to want to use one of the others in my tape stash, I cut off a piece with regular scissors. That's not difficult, but a dispenser is easier and I tend to mangle the tape less frequently than when cutting it by hand with scissors.
This washi tape cutter is a clip so you just squeeze the end and put it on the tape roll. Because it's a clip, it's super simple to move it from one tape roll to the next!
It's also petite and doesn't take up a lot space. My shipping station already has variety of dispensers for packing tape, and often they need to be moved out of the way to give me more room to maneuver. So it's super nice to not have another tape dispenser cluttering up the space.
