The next sample (sold out - thank you!) is a zipper pouch made from perhaps my favorite fabric from Robert Kaufman's Railroad Denim collection. These fabrics aren't named, but this is CXC-14112-62. There isn't a pattern for this pouch, but this is template #12 from this document of zipper pouch pattern pieces.

The pouch also has a coordinating fabric patch on the front. Guess how that is made? The same way as the zip pull, which is the same basic idea as the Cord Keepers. So many, many uses for making things this way! This is the fabric used for the pull and patch.

This pouch is very padded. I think it has two layers of batting on each side like the Patchwork Glasses Case pattern. But the details are slightly hazy because the pouch was sewn long before making the pull!
