Wow, I've finished three divided Grocery Bags this week! Maybe it was really more like a week and a half. They also don't take too long, so there's that...
All three are available in my etsy shop. Below is a quick run through of the three bags and what info I have about the fabrics. They are all the medium size in the Grocery Bag pattern and made using these instructions.
The one in the photo above is made from a light weight denim (no info) and a print called Curious Cats from Exclusively Quilters. The store at the link, The Cotton Patch, is where I purchased this fabric while visiting a friend in Salem, Oregon. If you are ever in the Salem/Keizer area, this is a great little shop and one of less than a handful of quilt shops in the area. Stop by and check it out.
The pink topstitching thread is YLI Jeans Stitch thread in hot pink.
The next one is made from this print, which is from the Hello Gorgeous collection from Riley Blake. This is called cream, but the background is definitely closer to white. The photos are probably the image sent to the textile mill and the final fabric came out a slightly different color than they might have intended. It's still darling fabric though and I'm super stoked to have it in my stash!
I also purchased this colorway and the colors are closer to the image. I'd describe the color as tomato soup or a muted brick red. A bag from this print is forthcoming!
This one is one I've made before and needed to make again because the first one turned out so nice! The fabric is from the Scandinavian Woods IV collection from Cosmo. This colorway is not turning up, but it is available in this colorway.
The striped fabric is this version of Railroad Denim from Robert Kaufman.
