Made - Stretch Denim Skirt

Finished this skirt up the other day.  The fabric is stretch denim. 

This skirt is very comfy in stretch denim!  I have two myself.

The waistband and pockets are finished in a butterfly print from Moda. 

New - Pincushion Cuff, Chalk Markers, Interfacing

The world really never stands still, does it?  New stuff is always happening and here are a few new things around here:

Pincushion Cuff

Last week both of the finished cuffs in my etsy shop sold (thank you!), so I'm making some more. 

Heat n Bond Woven Cotton Interfacing

This Heat n Bond cotton interfacing is perfect for accessories. I'm excited to have it available in my shop and for my own use!  Pellon SF101--one of my other go to interfacings--is also available.  The fabric store is often out of these popular interfacings when I go, so I ordered them by the bolt this time.

Both interfacings are on sale this weekend. 

Clover Chalk Markers

This style of chalk marker has become one of my favorite marking tools.  It's compact and easy to handle.  I only had white before, so I picked up some blue ones.

Denim Wristlet

I finished this up the other day and I'm ready to make another! It turned out very nice in this dark denim.

I'm not sure what this floral is called, but it's very pretty. 
The pink thread is Sulky 12 weight cotton topstitching thread.  Next week I'll have more of the clips used for the strap.  I had mostly sold out of them, but hadn't ever used them myself.  Now that I've used the last two I had in my stash, I see they are perfect for making a detachable strap!
