The floral fabric is a print called Tiny Floral by Tea & Sympathy for Studio E. This sweet print is also available in pink and blue colorways.
The chambray is from Fabric Depot.

The buttons are pin back buttons. These are neat for using in place of a sew on button, because you don't have to sew them on! They also lay closer to the fabric than a shank back button, and can be easily moved around. The only drawback is they tend to leave a bigger hole in the fabric than a needle and thread.
Button Arcade made them from me from fabric scraps I mailed to her after we talked about it and I place my order.
There are many shops on etsy that will custom make pins, magnets, mirrors, etc. There are different presses that people use to make these things, and from what I understand, some of the presses work with fabric, and some don't. I'm not sure if anyone specifically offers the service of pressing your personal fabric scraps into pin back buttons, so I'd just ask around at the shops listing custom orders for pin back buttons.
