I bought some of this print called Urban Alligators a few weeks ago. It's sitting on top of the washing machine waiting to be laundered, but I'm looking forward to putting it to good use very soon!
Someone one Instagram asked if I always wash my fabric, and the answer is yes. It's full of chemicals, sometimes I find smudges of dirt on new fabric (people like to touch the fabric), and it feels nicer to me after it's been washed.
Now I really want to wash this print! But I'm going to wait until I have enough new fabric to make a small load.
When I use this fabric I'm going to tell you a story that involves alligators and sewing. The two are forever linked in my mind now....stay tuned.
