This was made with the #4 template piece. This is the largest zipper pouch template and the finished pouch is 7.5" wide x 6.5" high.
The fabric is an Indian Head Mills vintage cotton fabric from the 1960s.
It's lined in pink ticking and has one patch pocket inside (Curvy Patch Pocket #9):
