The pink floral is from Riley Blake's Little Red Riding Hood collection. I'm not having any luck finding this print in the pink colorway, but here it is in grey, which is very sweet too.
The tiny blue trim is lingerie elastic.
It's lined in a striped cotton/linen fabric backed with fusible fleece:
