The flap/back fabric is Tiny Floral by Tea & Sympathy for Studio E. The pouch is an organic chambray shirting fabric. It is probably a lighter blue than what the picture might show on your monitor.
This was made using the Size 1 pattern pieces from the Fold Over Zip Wristlet pattern. It's a nice size for a phone, keys and a few other small things.
The button is a fabric covered pinback button, so it can be moved to a new spot, or removed all together.
