Here are a few things I've made in the last few days:
A small coaster.
This one is 4.5". This one isn't for sale, but I'll have more big ones soon and those will be available in my etsy shop.
New buttons.
These are 1.25" buttons with a shank back. This print is called Child's Smile from Lecien.
These are made from the same print in a different colorway. I think there is one more colorway...might have to go back to the fabric store today.
These rose print buttons turned out lovely. These in the picture are also 1.25" buttons, but 1" buttons in this same print are available too.
Here are some 7/8" "mushroom top" buttons in the Lecien print. I'm very fond of these round dome buttons!
And finally, here is a very sweet patchwork zip pouch. There isn't a pattern for this specific pouch, but I might write a pattern for patchwork pouches.
The patchwork technique is the same as the coasters, but making them into zip top pouches adds some different challenges. After making two of these (along with the prerequiste mistakes) I have figured out a couple things that will make them easier to sew and turn out great.
