This was made using the small size from the Zip Pouches pattern. I'm still working on the perfect formula for the pintucks and will blog about it soon. First I have to get more fleece and zippers! I ran out fleece last week and my zipper selection is getting pretty sparse. Surprisingly, I'm not in the mood for the fabric store and have been dragging my feet about making the (short) trip.
The exterior fabric is from the ABC 123 collection by Sandy Klop for Moda. The lining is a blue pindot print:
This also has a black split ring attached to a loop inside the pouch. This is another thing I'm still working on perfecting. It actually works great, but the loop in this instance could have been thinner. Next time I'll try it with ribbon and skip pressing and stitching the super skinny fabric piece.
