Yesterday I was out of sorts and am feeling more level headed today. Ice and elevation have helped get the swelling down enough to stop the throbbing in my hand, so I'm not so distracted this afternoon.
Let me be more specific about the flex frames so you can make an informed decision about whether you want to use them or not. I still like the idea of them, but personally won't be using them again any time soon.
I hurt my left hand opening one of these pouches. I'm right handed, and my left hand is not nearly as strong or flexible as my right hand.
I had to think back and wonder why I opened it with my left hand, and remembered it was to take a picture of it opened. Snapping a picture with my left hand won't work because I can't hold the camera still with it, so the only way to get a photo was be to hold the pouch open with my left hand.
So if you want to use these, keep in mind you should use your dominant hand to squeeze them open. They also are NOT good for anyone with hand issues--carpal tunnel, arthritis, etc.--or the hand strength to open them (i.e. kids).
They are stiffest when they are new, but will relax a bit with use. You can stick your fingers in between the two frame pieces to help open them until they soften up.
A few people wrote me and said they didn't need a refund, so at this point I'll leave it up to you. If you won't be using them, and want a refund, send me a convo through etsy and I'll send you a refund. The frames don't need to be returned. I'm not going to sell them anymore.
