Today I have a this pouch I made for to hold the Fix Your Clothes zine available as a sample. Sold - Thanks! I'm fond of this little book and felt like it needed its own pretty pouch.
This is the first version--I'm making little tweaks to the size/fit.
It is 8" high x 5.75" wide. Besides the book, it would be good for an eReader, iPad Mini, or whatever you want to stash inside.
The inside is a yarn dyed cotton and it closes with magnets.
For these magnets I interfaced a scrap of fabric and cut out a circle bigger than the magnet. The edges are pinked to slow down the fraying. Then the magnet is under the fabric circle and sewn in place. Super, super easy.
