The last time I was at the fabric store I saw some of the Spring Street collection by Carolyn Gavin. I don't think I saw this particular print, but the ones Fabric Depot had were just as bright & cheerful.
The fabric this collection is printed on is very nice--lightweight, tightly woven and super soft.
There are lots of different elements, so this would be a great print for quilting. You could get a lot of mileage out of piecing this print together with some coordinating fabrics.
